The position of a member of the Provincial Assembly shall be vacant in any of the following cases:-
(a) If he resigns in writing before the Speaker of the State Assembly,
(b) If he does not have or does not have the qualifications under Article 178,
(c) If the term of office of the Provincial Assembly expires or if it is dissolved,
(d) If he is absent for ten consecutive meetings without giving notice to the Provincial Assembly,
(e) If the party for which he was elected as a candidate and a member, informs that he has left the party in accordance with the federal law,
(f) In case of his death
